Craving for something sweet and healthy? Snack smart with these delicious Apple Chips made in our Air Fryer.

Made only from 3 ingredients, these apple chips are rich in Vitamin C, antioxidants and what’s more they are made without sugar and oil.

INGREDIENTS

2-3 Sweet, Crisp Apples, e.g. Braeburn, Pink Lady or Gala
1 Tsp Cinnamon
1 Tsp Ginger Powder

METHOD

1, Wash the apples and cut them into slices.
2, Mix cinnamon and ginger in a bowl.
3, Dust the apples with cinnamon and ginger mixture.
4, Set the Air-Fryer to 200°C for 8-10 minutes.
5, Arrange apple slices in the air fryer basket.
6, Turn the apples over midway through cooking.
7, Slices will not be completely crisped, but will continue to crisp upon cooling.
8, Enjoy once cooled or store them in an air tight jar.
