Returns & Refunds

General Information

If you are not happy with your purchase or the product is found to be defective, you may return the Haden products to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or credit code.
The product should be in original condition including any packaging, information manuals and spare parts.
The returned item should also be unused, unless you are claiming under your 2 Year registered guarantee.
We offer full delivery charge refunds where our Haden products arrive with you damaged or faulty, however if the return is an unwanted item or misused delivery charges are not refunded.
If you have received a faulty item, the wrong product or are making a claim under your 2 Year registered guarantee, please contact us at info@hadenappliances.com to start the return or exchange process with the following information:
1. Order number
2. Proof of purchase
3. Photo or video of the issue or faulty product
4. Delivery address
5. Contact telephone number

Refunds

We are able to process refunds within 10 working days. All refunds are issued based on your original payment method.
We offer full delivery charge refunds where our Haden products arrive with you damaged or faulty, however if the return is an unwanted item or misused refunds exclude delivery charges.

Order cancellations

If your Haden product has already been shipped, then unfortunately we cannot cancel the orders and this will need to be returned for a refund as described above. In this case the refund would exclude the delivery charge.
